Compatible media is required to export files without issues.
Resolution
VCD5202 DVD-RW DRIVE
The DVD-RW drive used in the VCD5202 does not support all brands of DVD/CD. Unsupported media will appear to be working properly, however, a popup message will indicate that
the drive has failed to prepare the disc once reaching 100%.
Pelco has tested a limited amount of media. Below is a list of media and their compatibility with the drive.
