No video on the Sarix camera while connected to an IX-SC service cable

Why do I have no video on the Sarix camera while connected to an IX-SC service cable?

Cause

The Sarix camera is designed to reroute video to the IX-SC cable and allow the installer to locally set up the camera.

Resolution

When the IX-SC Service cable is connected to a Sarix camera it will disable video to the network. The video is routed to the IX-SC service connection which allows installers to setup the scene of view. Dis-connect the IX-SC service cable to re-establish network video.
