How to wire the RS422 connections of a control device such as the KBD300A or Digital Video Recorder to a Spectra IV IP camera?

Pan/Tilt/Zoom function using RS422 2-Wire control.


From the controller device, wire the TX+/TX- terminals to the cameras Rx+/Rx- as you would a standard analog Spectra IV.

Note: TXB-N only supports Pelco D protocol at 2400 baud. By default the TXB-N is set to Pelco D address 1, if the address needs to be changed you will have to reset the TXB-N board.

Note: The TXB-IP will allow for Pelco D or Pelco P at 4800 baud.
