When I received my CM9700 System, a resource CD came with my unit, but my CM9700-CC1 does not have a CD/DVD drive.

The CD is intended for your personal PC that is Microsoft Windows based.
Resolution
The resources CD must be viewed on a Microsoft Windows PC to access System Manager, Manuals and other software utilities needed to rebuild the system.
