Missing "restore" option when right-clicking on my Enterprise Server even though logged in as admin user

The admin user is member of multiple groups. The software permissions within that group have deny access set to Server Restore as well as other commands.
Move the 'admin' (or Administrator) user to only be a member of the Administrator group and not any other groups otherwise you need to ensure that the correct permissions are set to each group and the correct users are assigned to those groups.
